  1. CARBON NANOTUBE BASED DEVICE (CNFET): CIRCUIT LEVEL IMPLICATION AND PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS”- CNFET is used in analog circuit (OP-Amp) and digital memory circuit (SRAM) design. Conditions that alters device performance are analyzed in terms of various parameters and criteria to find the optimum value of parameters.
