M. PHARM. (ACADEMIC) RESEARCH

  • M. Pharm. thesis work has been successfully accomplished in the area of synthetic chemistry, biological evaluation, and toxicity determination for the effluent treatment system. My dissertation entitled “Synthesis and Biological Evaluation of Substituted Benzimidazole Derivatives.” has been submitted in the Department of Clinical Pharmacy and Pharmacology, University of Dhaka for the partial fulfillment of the requirements for the degree of (M. Pharm.) in Department of Clinical Pharmacy and Pharmacology under the supervision of Professor Dr. S. M. Abdur Rahman.



  • Design and develop computational approaches and resources for mapping, assembly and quantification for coding and non-coding of transcriptome and genome information derived from next-generation and single-molecule sequencing to assist studying complex diseases, for example, cancer, neurological disorders, diabetes, and deadly infections.
  • Employing computational methods for fast collection and processing of the large-scale biomedical datasets and algorithms that are driven by biological phenomena to determine important functional and structural elements of the genome and trace their evolutionary origins.
