I was a discussant on the following paper:
'Problems and Sources of Difficulty with Adjustment Conditionality,' Tony Killick, (Paper Presenter), Overseas Development Institute, London.

Also presented a paper on 'The Constraints and Prospects of Bank Finance to the Manufacturing Sector in Zambia'.

(2) Banking and Finance workshop at the Copperbelt University (Attended by senior management personnel of the Central Bank and other financial institutions) during 6 to 8 January, 1993. As one of the Resource Persons, I presented 2 papers:

(a) Financial Liberalisation and pre-conditions for a successful. Financial Reform.

(b)Some Issues of Monetary Policies in the Zambian Context.

(3) Workshop on "Export and Economic Development" organised by the Research and Consultancy Department, Copperbelt University, Zambia.
